It was great to work with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People on the design of their exhibition stand for Crufts 2022 at The NEC in Birmingham.
The exhibition stand was designed and illustrated with a home theme to represent where the charity first started. At the very beginning, all of Hearing Dogs work (including dog training) took place in the living room of their longest-standing staff member, Gill Lacey.
And to top things off, Hearing Dogs first launched at Crufts in 1982. What better place to start their 40th celebrations.
I have worked on quite a few illustration projects for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. Together we have developed a style of illustration that has been used throughout numerous campaigns and fundraising events. So this same style was carried across to their Crufts stand too.
